LONDON – The Western Ontario Wardens’ Caucus (WOWC) hosted a sold out 2025 Western Ontario Municipal Conference (WOMC) in London on Oct. 17. 

CLIFFORD – Most communities have individuals who do something that makes life more interesting and enjoyable for everyone else. 

ELORA – On Nov. 5 Joe Roberts delivered an eye-opening keynote at the annual Here4Hope event.

ERIN – On Nov. 6 the Town of Erin announced that chief administrative officer Rob Adams has been named Municipal World’s CAO of the Year for 2025.

HARRISTON – The women’s retreat for Whites Road Pentecostal Church in Harriston was held at The St. Ignatius Deemerton Retreat Centre outside of Mildmay from Oct. 17 to 19.

PALMERSTON – On Oct. 15, Norwell District Secondary School students and staff wore pink to show their support to all those currently battling cancer.

HARRISTON – The Grey Wellington Theatre Guild’s (GWTG) upcoming production will lead audiences down Sugar Road to a night of comedy, romance and music.

WELLINGTON COUNTY – Proceeds from this year’s Cody Shepperd Project Annual Golf Tournament, held on Sept. 6 at Wild Winds Golf Course, were donated to The Grove Hubs Youth Ambassador Program.

WELLINGTON COUNTY – The Wellington Heights Senior Boys Soccer Team had another successful season under the tutelage of head coach Matt McFarlane.

GUELPH – On Nov. 21 at 7pm, The Speed River Band will play a blend of rock originals flavoured with blues and country in Guelph Little Theatre’s Live In the Lobby concert series. 

ERIN – The Town of Erin’s economic development office has received an award from the Economic Development Association of Canada.
