AUSTIN, Jean Isabel, of Guelph, passed away peacefully at Wellington Terrace on Tuesday, November 1, 2016, at the age of 103. Beloved wife of the late Charlie Austin (1992). Loved mother of David (Carolyn) Austin, Keith (Lynda) Austin, Ken (Sharon) Austin, Margaret (William) Hanson, the late Ross (Marilyn) Austin and the late Robert Austin. Cherished grandmother of nine, great grandmother of eight, and great great grandmother of one. Dear sister of Margaret McIntosh. Predeceased by siblings Beatrice Fisher, Gordon, Milton, Walter, Clifford and Leslie Swanston. In lieu of a funeral service, it was Jean’s distinct wish that her 100th birthday celebration be her “Celebration of Life”, and what a celebration it was! A private family graveside service was held.
