Arthurs, Lloyd of Belwood and formerly of Harriston – passed away at Freeport Hospital, Kitchener on Thursday, March 20, 2014 in his 82nd year. Lloyd was the husband of Merle Arthurs, and father of Lynne Willock and her husband Terry of Midland, Michigan, Julie Manderson and her husband Brent of Fergus, and Brad Arthurs and his wife Debbie of Windsor. Remembered by his grandchildren Diana Willock, Chris Willock, Brooke Manderson, Denver Manderson, Dylan Ridley, Taylor Ridley, and Ian Ridley. Brother of Verna Jean Speers of Palmerston, and brother-in-law of Roger and Pat Simmons of Ingersoll. He was predeceased by his sister Karen Simmons, by his brother-in-law John Speers, and by his parents Harold and Helen Arthurs. Friends called at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston on Sunday from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. where the funeral service was held on Monday, March 24  at 11:00 a.m. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.
