just sharing a noise problem with you people, i'm hoping God could give us a hand. you folks can share this problem to everyone you know
in renfew height 3249 e23rd ave vancouver bc v5r1b6, an owner hangs a plate at the back of the house, there is a metal post nearby, we are living in windy area, therefore, wind usually blow in our area, and the wind would blow the plate to the metal post, oh god, that makes a cracking noises,, the plate is there for 24 hours, people have no idea how to reach the owner, because the owner refuse to discuss that with anyone who trying to approach the owner, nevertheless, we are hoping to have a quiet environment, God could give us a hand, and people could too. thanks you
