Dear Editor;

Kathleen Wynne proudly announced today that hydro rates
would again be increased this year in Ontario by approximately $137 per household. The increase for those heating with electricity would be far greater. No doubt,
this is political suicide.  My question is: Can I be held responsible as an accessory to this crime if I pay my increased hydro bill?
