Dear Editor:
I live a couple of blocks from the proposed roundabout in Arthur and as a daily pedestrian of the intersection I whole-heartedly support the roundabout.  I have experienced the crosswalk between the hours of 6:00 am and 11:00 pm and I have witnessed numerous close calls at the intersection.  I believe the roundabout will bring traffic down to the legal and safe speed limit without creating a barrier for trucks, farm traffic or pedestrians.
