Just wondering if there is anyway possible for council to pass a law preventing newspaper delivery during snowstorms or if the delivery person sees fifteen papers in the driveway maybe they should take a break delivering to that place . I just spent the better part of an hour removing a wedged newspaper from my snowblower, This happens every year and it doesn't have to. Its such a waste of paper and it makes a huge mess in the spring when the thaw reveals tons of newspapers in different states of decay . Its almost like legal littering and it needs to be stopped . I love the paper but I would love it even more if it wasn't littering all of our community .
