We once had a Mayor that spent countless hours forming alliances and lobbying upper levels of government, successfully, for infrastructure funding.  Now it appears we have a mayor that won't even try! Seems it's much easier to dip into the pocket of the tax payer than it is to get off your duff and do some work.
