Archived Letter - 781

While searching for accurate information about Civil Defense training in Ottawa early 1950 I found an article by Stephan Therning "Valuing Our History".  When I attempted to print it I could not do so. I a 85 years old and was in the class at that time. I thought it would be fun to tell about this moment in time in my family history scrapbook but I wanted my facts to be accurate since my memory is not.  Rather than copying by hand, could I buy a printout of his article in the Wellington Advisor vol. 48 Issue 01?
