Archived Letter - 751

Hello,

A Stephen Thorning wrote a story which can be found here: http://www.wellingtonadvertiser.com/index.cfm?page=colDetail&itmno=1066 .  I am one of the grand-daughters of the 4 year old boy in the story.  I am attempting to do my family tree, however, I am unable to determine the last name of my great-grandmother, Muriel Harrington, as I do not know her last name (it might be something like Vandrick or Vanderick).  I'm wondering if you would have this information.
