Dear Editor;
In the aftermath of the tragedy in Ottawa, Sergeant-at-Arms,
Kevin Vickers was designated a hero and rightfully so.
Possibly someone in Ottawa could appoint him a juris doctor.
His form of justice saved Canadians millions of dollars in
court costs.  And it was all done with neither a lawyer, nor
a jury, nor police help.
