Dear Mr. Editor,
Re:  Hydro Rate Increase

I must now confess to all the people who read this
beautiful little rag that I am a sado-masochist.  I enjoy
pain and I love anyone that inflicts it on me.
We have all heard about the May 1 increase in Hydro rates.
I love it !!  It will hurt me and most definitely every other person in Ontario with a fixed income .
It excites me to watch people grovel, beg, steal and sell their prized possessions in order to survive.
My congratulations to Hydro One.  I love misery and I love
to watch it being inflicted.  Thank Christ you did not
decide to reduce wages, reduce overtime, hire outside
crews to cut trees and shrubs !!  Please continue your
monopoly----the relentless pain thrills me as does your
apathetic view of the endless flow of dollars from Ontarians.  On Darwin's Chart of Evolution, you are far below a lecherous sloth.
