What's Happened.
The Advertiser used to arrive wrapped in a plastic bag, for the last several months it has arrived loose, so that on windy days it takes off for wherever, on rainy or snowy days it arrives as a wet, unreadable soggy mess that goes directly to the blue box.
Please tell your delivery person to stop dropping the paper on my driveway, lawn, porch or wherever it strikes their fancy.
