Dear Editor: We are well aware of dog owners responsibility to scoop the poop, but what consideration do we take when it comes to urinate? I witnessed what I consider to be very appalling and disrespectful act towards our fallen. On the evening of Tues Apr 30th, two adults walked a dog on a leash past the Elora Cenotaph. They allowed the dog to walk up to one of the wreaths, cock it's leg and urinate on it. There is no reason why they couldn't have pulled that dog away, knowing the dogs intentions when it was sniffing at the wreath. Too bad it didnt have a little electric fence around it!
