I have just received notice that Black St. in Fergus is about to be repaved, is this not a waste of taxpayers money? All this will succeed in creating is more speed and more traffic. Has anyone in the Centre Wellington planning dept. realized the speed and amount of vehicles that travel Black St. daily? Why isn't the money being spent on Garafraxa St. W. it is in worse shape than than Black St? As a resident of the area I propose lower speed limits on Black St., 4 way stops at Perry & Black, Parkside & Black, Woodhill & Black. We need to SLOW the traffic down.
