Not stopping can stop lives    In the last few months I have witnessed several speed troughs at the corner of Albert Street and David Street, and Union Street and David Street in Fergus, as well as a near hit of a young boy. The consideration of stopping for others at these two 4-way stops is disgraceful. There should be a proposal set out to the Township for speed bumps along St. David Street South. Next time, there may not be a second near miss.    Heather,  Fergus
