With reference to the Wellington Advertiser, County Hires Economic Development Employee (April 6, 2012).  The article states that Wellington County Warden, Chris White and the administration, finance and personnel committee  had made a decision to hire a new county employee without first posting the position.  Warden White is quoted, it wasnt necessarily one of the jobs that required posting.    Warden White owes it to the public to provide a more specific response with respect to the policy that governed this decision.  In not doing so, the committees decision may be perceived as an abuse of political power.
