Heading--OPP Riding Lessons With the total Provincial debt projected to exceed 400 billion by 2017 {when lying Dalton projects he will balance the budget rather than running a deficit} ,we in Wellington County are giving riding lessons to now 3 officers. Adding an additional horse what a brilliant idea,if we keep this up by next year the OPP can form a posse and chase down the bad guys. Can someone in the OPP tell us how many times using these horses in the past year made a real difference and prevented crime that could not have been accomplished without using horses. Stop wasting taxpayers dollars---the supply is limited.
