re:LANDOWNER PROPOSES ROCKWOOD TIM HORTONS. I have been cleaning up tim horton's sh*t(cups and donut wrappers and more cups) for the past 3 years that I have lived on Fall Street, one block from Passmore Street. Granted it is on the access road to the conservation area so one should expect more garbage as the over-flow from the petro-can generates plenty too. But still, garbage from something that's not here yet! And there's all the crap from McDonalds too!!!
