ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING

FREE coffee and dessert lawn signs were plentiful recently in the west end of Guelph. Upon arrival we were greeted by a wonderful , friendly young boy outside  serving drinks as we waited in line. After waiting patiently we entered the place and were met by a rude , arrogant man who asked us to go outside. We were told the desserts were BOGO not FREE as clearly stated on their signs. We received a card to,download an app for the BOGO . As an older generation it was a challenge to do this  . We ordered an extremely expensive crepe and that allowed us to get the $10 bowl,of ice cream for free Many, many people came and left quickly as it wasn’t what was advertised at all. The  free coffee I poured was almost clear and I thought perhaps it was tea. A staff came over to tell me that coffee didn’t turn out. It was overall,a disappointment and a very expensive experience. I won’t even begin to,comment on the issues regarding the AODA. Remember to be kind to others, have a positive attitude , smile more and this  can be contagious in our society. Greed, self and money have already ruined so much in the world.
