Dana Mount Forest-Integrity..Not so much.

People considering working at Dana in Mount Forest through a Temp Agency should think twice.

Dana uses many different temp agency,s in order to find people to work there with the implied promise that after 3 months of good attendance and good work habits you will be hired full time by Dana. Well that does not happen.
also Dana does not follow the ESA rules.

Take my recent adventure with Dana. During my second week there I became ill and had to take a few days off. I let both Dana and my Temp agency know what was happening.

I thought there would be no problem as I was letting both know each day what was going on.

Long story short, Dana ended my assignment there after 3 days of being ill, even though the ESA clearly states that I was entitled to 10 days.

Think twice people, all Dana wants is bodies at there factory, they do not want people.
