Archived Letter - 1416

I'm wondering if someone could tell me where to apply for a position on either the new St. David St. Bridge, or the work being done on St. Andrew St. at the intersection of Gartshore. I would like to apply for the position of observer, I think thats what the position is, at any given time when driving past these sites, there seems to be one person on a machine, digging or drilling some kind of hole, and anywhere from 3 to 6 persons or "observers" looking down inside the hole.  I don't have much experience looking down to see whats going on in these holes, but am willing to learn.
