Hello, this Saturday nov 4th 2017 I was charged with driving over 80 dui. I am new to Fergus and was just told that the radio station and yourself have a speeders of the week area. I have been dealing with my charge privately with my finacee and my lawyer. I understand the seriousness of this charge. I was informed my name was stated on the radio today stating I was charged with dui. My finacee and I are picking the right time to inform my in laws and my family. I am asking you respectfully to not print my name stating I was charged with dui. I have not been convicted of anything yet and deserve to be presumed innocent until found guilty. I find this a violation of my privacy if you are to print my name and will discuss with my lawyer if it is printed, again respectfully ask you to refrain from doing so.
