Easy Get Rich Scheme:
Migrate to Canada, become a citizen, join a terrorist organization, kill an American, demand an apology from and sue the Canadian government and receive over ten million dollars from Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

Justin Trudeau is a disgrace as a Prime Minister and he's turning Canada into a joke on the world stage.

The fact he paid off Kadr so quickly and didn't even contact the widow of the murdered American medic shows he lacks the most basic and fundamental qualities that make up a decent human being.
