The OSPCA states that we should report any animals in 'fear or distress'.. and as our weather turns hot the buggy horses on our roads need us to be their voices to report such incidents!! Please call OSPCA 310 7722 or 1-888-668-7722 ext 327. May i suggest keeping these numbers in your glove box in your car.  Thank you from the horses.
