Archived Letter - 1223

i am writing to advise you that my paper is delivered each week, with no plastic

wrap, not put between door, soaked to beyond reading.

I do not know what you pay to have this paper delivered, but it is a waste of money when it is  not readable and has  to be put in garbage.

PLEASE SPEAK TO THE PERSON DELIVERING THIS PAPER.
