Dear editor,
I’d like to inform you about the issues Nestle's water bottling is causing. I know Nestle is a big company and a lot of people enjoy their products but a lot of people also don’t know about the problems Nestle is causing.  For instance, Nestle labels some of their water bottles with different labels that don't say Nestle, until you read the back fine print. Which is completely and utterly disgusting, because since I don’t support nestle I don’t buy their products, therefore if I ever wanted a water bottle and I didn’t want it to be from nestle and it said “Poland Springs” (one of their disguised labels)  I would buy it because I wouldn’t think to check the back, because usually the name brand says it all. But not with Nestle they think that it’s okay to trick vulnerable  people so they get more money (that they don’t need).  Another issue  with Nestle is that they are taking all of our precious water for what is pocket change for them. They get to take 1 million liters of water per day for only $3.71 dollars, which leads us to water shortages in the summer and we can’t water our lawns, use our hoses or fill our pools. But this can come to an end if we find a way to convince the government that we don’t need all of these water bottle companies, and so why don’t we get rid of the biggest as a start.

Sincerely,

Ashley Bell
