Have you been in the car well your Mom or dad are on the phone and driving?Hello I am a grade 6 student at John black public school.Today  I will talking about texting and driving.If you answered No to that question then chances are your parents or even you have done it once or twice.Research shows that over 25% of teens  respond to their phone while driving.Everybody has to say that they have done it once or twice.If you can imagine 50%of people do this.Anyone can do this even your grandparents.This is hard to say but I bet even police officers do this.If you or your parents are not doing this the person behind you could be texting not even that looking at their social media or anything on their phone.Research shows that over 3,154 people have been killed by texting and driving,And about 242,00 people were injured in crashes involving distracted driving .Now let's make a difference if you ever see anyone texting or on their phone while driving just say can you please  stay off your phone while driving.If you have to PLEASE stop pull over and check your phone.Lets stop texting and driving.
