Note to editor; I sent you a letter this morning in regard to  Bill 103 , I was wondering if you could remove the letter from publication if it is not too late?  My wife is afraid of reprisals and does not wish to take a chance for the sake of  the families well being.  Sincerely Cornelis Boot.   PS... I give permission to print under an alias but I know that  is against Advertiser policy
