Dear Editors;
Double Whammy !
I see that we are now paying the hydro bills of the souls
who cannot afford to pay in the winter.....so we pay their
welfare and now we pay their electricity bills. Nice !
It's a beautiful socialist state !
It's a beautiful province !
......and do you think these degenerates give a damn about
TOU, "time of use" billing ? This spring we'll reinstate
them so they can start with a clean slate and bone the province again next winter......
