Dear Editor,
MAKING BICYCLE LANES WORK
The province needs to change the bicycle lanes.
There needs to be a bicycle double lane on one side of the road and a cement barrier between the bicycles and the motor vehicles.
Where I grew up we rode against the traffic so we could see what was coming at us.
Our bicycles had to have a light in the front and rear and a steel licence plate.
