Dear Editors;
Ms. Wynne has unilaterally instituted yet another hydro rate
increase because customers did not use enough electricity. In other words, there is excess product which is not being used and Ms. Wynne would like to be paid for it.
My question is: Which Sunshine Club member forecast the millions of unnecessary kilowatts ?
No doubt there will be a rate decrease when Ontarians find ways to waste all this extra electricity.
