Hydro delivery charge refund?

I am quite sure many Rockwood residents would agree that the reliability of continuous delivery of hydro power to our town is tenuous at best, unless the weather is perfect.

Once again, after a very mild storm, I sit here typing this on my laptop battery power tethered to my cell phone.

The power is out, yet again, in beautiful Rockwood.

I have lived here for about 8 years now, and never, ever, in my last 10 or so residences previous to living here, did I experience such a dreadful, unreliable supply of electric power.

I will be calling Guelph Hydro to get a refund on my hydro delivery charges, since they just can't seem to deliver.....unless the sky is blue and the winds are calm.

But I am not holding my breath.  Just holding off all tasks that require power......yet again!
