Morriston By-pass Coalition.
Stop flogging a dead horse!  At several "all candidates" meetings, I informed the electorate of Puslinch Township that the matter of a Morriston by-pass was futile, that the
project was not on the MTO 10 year or 20 year plan. I even
provided a bona fide copy of the plan to my opponents. Two
candidates promised the by-pass and were subsequently elected. (I guess that shows the arrogance of the candidates and the gullibility of the electorate.) Personally, I hope the by-pass is finally constructed; but, alas, what would council discuss ! Certainly Ms. Wynne will not spend that money in a conservative held riding. I am not purporting that we should expunge Mr. Arnott.  He does all he can while being handcuffed; however, council could be much more gracious by not putting another unattainable carrot before us.
