RE: Human Catastrophy- Letter to the editor- Feb 26

When is eugenics not eugenics? Answer: When it's voluntary. This law, if passed, will do nobody any favours especially the vulnerable young, disabled and the elderly. This bill must be "assisted" to die prior to it's conception.
