Amended resolution required for funding
Councillors here have revised an expression of interest in infrastructure funding for a West Garafraxa bridge.
On Nov. 18, councillors amended its Oct. 28 minutes stating council directs staff to submit an expression of interest for capital funding under the Ontario “Small, Rural and Northern Municipal Infrastructure Fund for the replacement of bridge structure 16-WG.”
The revised version states the township will have in place by Dec. 31 a comprehensive asset management plan (available to the public by May 30); and the project put forward will be completed by Dec. 31, 2015.
