Altercation turns physical
ROCKWOOD - On Feb. 15 at about 5:20pm, Wellington County OPP responded to a 911 call at an eating establishment on Main Street here.
Police say two people known to each other were fighting on the balcony above the business.
John David Nicholson, 56, of Guelph-Eramosa, was charged with assault and uttering death threats. He is to appear in Guelph court on March 20.
