Lacrosse ref award - Aidan Kelly of Centre Wellington (right) was presented with the 2018 Archie MacDonald referee of the year award by Zone 8 referee-in-chief Avery Einboden. The award is given annually to an official in Zone 8 for exemplary service. The criteria may include on- and off-floor performance, years of service, supervision and development of officials or other accomplishments. Kelly is from Belwood and referees for the CW Minor Lacrosse Association. He started as a timekeeper when he was 12 years old. Submitted photo
