Advertiser up for OCNA awards
The Wellington Advertiser has been named one of three finalists in three categories for the 2014 Better Newspaper Competition (BNC).
Organized annually by the Ontario Community Newspaper Association, the competition recognizes the work of community Newspapers throughout the province.
The Advertiser has been named a finalist in the following categories:
- special section (circulation over 10,000 class) for its “Women in War” Remembrance Day feature;
- local retail ad layout; and
- use of process colour in an ad.
First, second and third place winners will be announced at the BNC Awards gala on May 22 in Toronto.
