Active Living, Retirement Show in Fergus March 18

Victoria Park Seniors Centre will host the 9th annual Active Living and Retirement Show on March 18 from 10am to 2pm at the Centre Wellington Community Sportsplex.

Admission is free and all ages are welcome. With door prizes, grab bags and free refreshments, the event provides a showcase for more than 50 exhibitors in the fields of health and wellness, fitness, recreation, travel, support services, housing, financial and volunteerism. Also offered are free chair massages, free fitness demos and seminars, and free fascial stretching.

Seminars will include topics such as: Move With Ease Fitness; Get Your Money – Understanding Ontario’s Tax Credits and Benefits for Seniors; and Stability Ball Fitness.
