ABRAHAMS (nee Brooks), Patricia - Pat; With a heavy heart and a profound sense of loss, we the family of Patricia Abrahams had to say goodbye to our beautiful mother on January 4, 2015. Mam passed away at the age of 78 at the University of Wales Hospital. Her homeland. Mam lived in Canada for many years and worked for the Upper Grand School Board in Guelph. After her retirement Mam returned to Wales. Mam had a spirited approach to life and lived it to the fullest. Mam had the most infectious laugh and always made people smile. She will be sadly missed by Kim, Carl, Althea and Anita and mother-in-law to Neil and Michael, Helen and Paul. Grandchildren Lee and Sandra, Rys and Joanne, Renee, Gareth and Tammy, Joanne, Ceri, David, Matthew, Sion, Mark and Anyssia. Great grandchildren Lily, Olivia, Gavin, Jack and Harvey. Her dearest and long time friends Marie Parsons and Wilfred Abrahams. The memories we have will always be cherished. We love you! In memory of Pat, we ask for any charitable donations be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Service will take place on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at 1:15pm.
