GUELPH – Gary Fournier of Guelph won a $50,000 top prize with Instant Bingo. Fournier, a 61-year-old maintenance worker, experienced a big thrill when he discovered he’d landed the top prize.  The winning ticket was purchased at Victoria Variety on Speedvale Avenue East in Guelph.
