The third meeting of the Mimosa Poultry 4-H club was held and opened with the 4-H pledge.

Roll call was done and then followed by the reading of secretary and press reports.

Club members were divided into groups of four with the older members leading as group “captains.” Each group rotated through six different stations:  four cooking and two egg judging.

Each cooking station featured a different recipe using eggs supplied by the members. Recipes included french toast, egg in a potato nest, breakfast in a mug, and french bread jam fingers.

Members voted on their favourite egg snack, and everyone left with full tummies.  The meeting was closed with the 4-H motto by president Matthew.
