4-H cook up

On Jan. 24 the Erin Wellington 4H Cooking Club held its 3rd meeting at Branderlea Farms.

At this meeting we made lasagna, tacos, chicken fingers and double baked potatoes.

We started with lasagna then we made double-baked potatoes.

We started to do the chicken fingers, then some of us finished up the double-baked potatoes while the other’s finished the chicken fingers then we tried everything.

On Feb. 7 the 4-H cooking club was held at Branderlea Farms. At this meeting we prepared desert.

At this meeting we made hot fudge, cheese cake, pie in a jar and sugar cookies. First, we started the cheese cake  then we made the sugar cookie dough then the hot fudge.

Two people started the blueberry filling for the cheese cake while the rest started the pie in a jar. We then cut out the sugar cookies and decorated them. We got to try everything we made.
