2017 Alma Santa claus parade features Canada 150 theme
The festive season in Mapleton continues this weekend with the last of the township’s three Santa Claus parades.
The Alma Santa Claus Parade, hosted by the Alma Optimists, takes place on Dec. 17 at 2pm and this year will feature a Canada 150 Christmas theme.
Parade-goers who wish to can also indulge the spirit of holiday giving, as the Alma Girl Guides and Sparks will be collecting food bank donations along the route.
