Kinsmen Annual Christmas Tree sales support Groves
The Fergus and District Kinsmen are once again selling Christmas Trees in the Walmart Garden Centre to support Groves Memorial Community Hospital.
Customers looking for a fresh tree will want to shop early while all sizes and shapes are available.
“Through a great partnership with Walmart, the Kinsmen will be selling trees from the Walmart Garden Centre starting Wednesday, Dec. 2" states project chairman Cody Rawn.
Weekdays, trees are available 6pm-9pm, while weekends you can purchase one from 9am-6pm. Trees are $40, taxes included.
A reminder, Christmas can’t last forever, and the tree at least can be “treecycled”, the Fergus and District Kinsmen will be collecting all trees curbside with a donation to the Centre Wellington Foodbank on Saturday, Jan. 9.
This holiday season you can support two great local charities simply by enjoying the Christmas tree tradition.
