"Old-time milk run" coming to Arthur June 29
On June 29, Gerald and Mary Townsend will be doing an “Old-time Milk Run” through the village of Arthur. The Arthur and District Chamber of Commerce will be assisting with the distribution of chocolate milk for the children.
The route will consist of three stops, starting with the Mennonite Christian School parking lot (the old Arthur Public School), then Arthur Arena parking lot and Arthur Public School parking lot.
The milk run will start at approximately 5pm. Take a walk down memory lane and show your children and grandchildren how milk and dairy products were once delivered to families.
The Arthur Fall Fair Ambassador will be at the locations showing her support of a great local event.
