Passed away peacefully at Heritage River retirement home, Elora, on Tuesday, September 9th in her 90th year. Joyce was the beloved wife of Percy Watts who passed in his 82nd year (2012), she was also predeceased by her son Brian (1980) and is survived by her sister Marleen Macklam. Loving mother of Barry Watts and wife Barbara of Elora, Sandra Morrison and her husband Steve of Fergus and Glenna Watts and her husband Nathan Rudyk of Carleton Place. Dearest grandma of Michael, Robert, Lindsey, Alex, Nicholas, Stephanie, Gabe and Aaron. Loved great-grandma of Cassandra, Brian, Cruz, Dominic, Spencer, Travis, Breanna, Audrey, Noah, Rowan, Elijah and Nora. Joyce loved family gatherings, gardening, pies of any description, country music, the occasional glass of wine, and her calm and generous resolve will be missed by all.
