Leona Marie (Blake) Walls of Clifford, passed away at Strathcona LTC, Mount Forest, on Thursday, June 11, 2026, in her 94th year. Wife of the late James Walls. Mother of Doug & Brenda Walls of St. Catherines, Joanne & Paul Wightman of Clifford, Faye & Daryl Hutton of Harriston, Reg & Karen Walls of Palmerston, Patricia Walls of Palmerston, Jayne & Barry Metcalfe of Clifford, and Mark & Shari Walls of Mount Forest. Loved by her grandchildren, Ben, Jordan, Robert, Julie, Reid, Jesse, Meggi, Jodi, Scott, Rebecca, Ian, Jessie, Lee, Blake, Trisha, Cregg, Curtis, Kailey, Kirsten, Erin, Shannon, Nicholas, Joseph, and Samantha, and by her great-grandchildren. Sister of Bernice Sach of Hanover, Hazel & Ernie Bryant of Kitchener, and Mervin & Marjorie Blake of Hanover, and remembered also by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Elias & Dorthea (Golem) Blake, her son Rodger Walls, and by her grandson Josh. Visitation was held at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston on Saturday from 1:00 to 4:00pm. A private family interment was held at Clifford Cemetery on Sunday, June 14, 2026, followed by the Celebration of Leona’s life at Clifford Community Church (2 William St. N., Clifford at 2:00pm.
