WALKER, Marion

Of Drayton passed away peacefully at Palmerston and District Hospital on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 in her 87th year. Beloved wife of James “Jim” Walker for 70 years. Dear mother of William “Bill” and Linda Walker of Fordwich, Robert “Bob” Walker of Elmira, Darlene Walker of Drayton and her friend Barry Heinmiller, Sharon and Chris Lunge of Listowel, Douglas and Freda Walker of Elmira, Evelyn and Stephen Downey of Floradale. Susan and Tim Bates Moorefield. Cherished grandmother to her 19 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren. Sister of Kenneth Kramp. Sister-in-law of Violet Kramp. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by her parents William “Bill” and Alma (Foster) Kramp, 2 grandchildren Derrick McIntosh and Krista Walker, 2 great grandchildren Dylan Walker and Amelia Dorscht and her 3 sisters and 2 brothers. The family received friends at the Heritage Funeral Home, Drayton on Friday, November 14, 2025 from 6:00 to 8:00pm. A Private family service was held on Saturday, November 15 followed by interment in Elora Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Palmerston Hospital Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
